I remember sending you the plans for that fluid bed roaster because you were wanting to roast larger amounts of coffee
At the time you had my Koffee Kosmo (KKTO) roaster
You even use the KK milk steaming method
Impressive build nevertheless and if you need to roast larger loads again that roaster can be upscaled to 5kg
In any case it was good to see you again as it’s been a while since your last post
Your mum still follows me on Instagram
I was born in Europe and it has changed a lot over the years
Be aware of your surroundings and safeguard your personal belongings when in larger cities
I say this as family has given me the heads up for friends that are visiting next year
So you get the info as well

LOL!
I had forgotten I chased those plans up with you, it was funny chasing down Roaster Rob in NZ, he couldn’t believe I had found him!
Very happy with the roaster, 2.5kg is good for me because I buy my greens from Coffee Snobs so it comes in 2.5kg bags anyway.
Mum always comments about your photos! The old girl is 87 now!
Off to France for 2 months next week, so we will see what their coffee is like.
All good mate
Have a nice time in France 🇫🇷
